vcpu.sh — Terms of Service

1. Who provides this service

   vcpu.sh is operated by Aurora Infrastructure EU sp. z o.o., ul. Wadowicka
   6/88, 30-415 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0001166368, NIP 6793328163) ("Aurora",
   "we"). It is a free demonstration service: you get a temporary virtual
   machine to try a piece of software, over SSH.

   The virtual machines, networking and storage behind vcpu.sh are Aurora
   Compute, governed by the Aurora Terms of Service:

   Those terms — including their Acceptable Use Policy — apply to the
   underlying platform, and the rules below reflect them. Where the two
   conflict as to the infrastructure itself, the Aurora Terms govern.

2. Who may use it

   You must be at least 18 and using the service for professional or
   evaluation purposes. vcpu.sh is not directed at consumers and is not
   intended for personal or household use. Your SSH public key is your
   identity: there are no accounts, no passwords, and no signup.

3. Demo instances are temporary — and unprotected

   Every instance shows an expiry time. It is destroyed when that time
   arrives, when it has been idle, when you run "destroy", or when we end
   it. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, including the instance's
   disk. There are NO backups and no way to recover anything afterwards.

   Do not put anything on a demo instance that you need to keep, and do not
   put secrets, credentials, or other people's personal data on one.

   Demo instances have no managed firewall. You get administrative access
   and you are responsible for what you run on them and what you expose. We
   apply platform-level protections (for example blocking outbound SMTP and
   rate-limiting or null-routing traffic involved in an attack).

4. Acceptable use

   Aurora's Acceptable Use Policy applies to your demo instance. In
   particular, you must not use it to:

     - store, publish or transmit illegal content, including child sexual
       abuse material, terrorist content, or material that infringes
       someone else's rights;
     - commit fraud or phishing, or handle stolen data or credentials;
     - run malware, ransomware, botnet command-and-control, or other
       malicious infrastructure;
     - attack, scan, or attempt unauthorised access to any system, or
       conduct denial-of-service activity;
     - run open proxies, open DNS resolvers, Tor exit nodes, or public or
       anonymising VPN egress;
     - run open mail relays or send bulk or unsolicited email;
     - mine cryptocurrency or run comparable sustained compute-exhaustion
       workloads;
     - interfere with the platform, other users, or our quotas — including
       by circumventing limits or the verification step through rotating
       SSH keys or addresses;
     - resell the service or provide it onward to others.

   Do not use a demo instance in safety-critical or life-critical systems.

5. Fair use, queueing and verification

   Usage is limited per SSH key and per source address, and each demo sets
   its own allowance. When a demo is busy you may be queued, or asked to
   complete a proof-of-work check in your browser before an instance is
   created. We may change limits, suspend a demo, or refuse access at any
   time — in particular where we believe section 4 is being breached.

6. Third-party demo software

   Demos install and run software published by third parties. It is
   provided under its own licence and terms, which are shown alongside
   these before you start. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for
   what it does. Credentials or tokens a demo prints grant access to that
   instance only, for as long as it exists.

7. No warranty; liability

   vcpu.sh is a free demonstration service built on Aurora Compute, which
   is itself an Early Access service. It is provided "as is" and "as
   available", with no availability commitment, no service levels, and no
   warranty of any kind. It is not a production environment.

   To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or
   damage arising from your use of it, including loss of data on a demo
   instance. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by
   law, including for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence,
   or for death or personal injury caused by fault.

8. Suspension and enforcement

   We may remove content, end a session, or block an SSH key or address
   where we believe these terms have been breached, where we are required
   to by law or a competent authority, or to protect the platform and
   others. Where we act because content is illegal or breaches these terms,
   we will give reasons and information about redress where required.

9. Reporting illegal content

   Anyone may report allegedly illegal content on the service to
   abuse@aurorainfra.ai. Please give the exact location (for example the
   demo link or address and port), why you believe the content is illegal,
   your contact details, and a statement that your report is made in good
   faith. Reports concerning child sexual abuse material may be anonymous.

10. Governing law

   Polish law governs these terms, and Polish courts have jurisdiction,
   except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

   We may change these terms. The version is shown above; a material change
   requires you to accept again before starting a new demo.
